On Thankfulness
Day 13 – it never ceases to amaze us how wonderful the people who surround us truly are. Michelle and I are extremely blessed to have such caring people in our lives.
We would like to personally thank the following whom we haven’t yet had a chance to, for their generosity and thoughtfulness:
Christine Jeong – the teddy bear, clothes and blanket are wonderful. Please give Taylor a huge thanks for us – your and his handywork will be appreciated for many years.
Oksana – the pink dress and slippers – well she will have a few more months to grow into them, and we can’t wait to have her wear them.
Auntie Night and La’e - thank you to both of you for your generosity. Lian owes you one!
De’e – the little Pooh outfits are adorable.
Go’e – thank you so much for the red envelope. We’re opening an education account with it.
Zio Matteo – your message touched us – but more importantly it will help guide Lian in her life which we hope will be half as full as adventures as yours. Va bene – and take good care in Jalalabad. We’re mixing your next Smoothie. Also, thank your mom for the choice of outfit. It’s fantastic!
Mommy Mo – the pink sweater is so cute. We can’t wait till she’s big enough to wear it.
Michele & Sylvia – you are so kind – our little Queen will thank you. We just have to make sure it doesn’t go to her head!
Eric, Edwin Pong & Family – your practical gifts are so appreciated. We use the monitor all the time – wouldn’t know what to do without it. And we look forward to using the gift certificate.
Larissa, Rodolfo & Uli – the flowers are beautiful. Thanks so much. We ate all the chocolates already. Send more!
Kalina – your little pink blanket is a huge hit with Lian. She wears it all the time!
Melissa & Greg – thank you so much for all your cheery advice, common sense and hand-me-downs. We hope Lian looks half as cute as little Madison in these outfits.
Cheryl – Toto, Bona, Lukua was a wonderful gift. I’ve been listening to it non-stop for the past 24 hours! Incredible mixing job. You’re the best.
Kaissa - thank you for the beautiful onesies and for your short but very sweet visit. Lian will be waiting for an African lullaby from you in NYC.

Mamie – tes tableaux sont merveilleux. Merci tellement d’avoir pense a la petite et de lui avoir tellement gate avec tes beaux tableaux.
Mom & Dad – hopefully you’ve seen the beautiful onesie on Lian already! La lavande est merveilleuse – et il est suspendu de sa porte. Le jouet est mignon!
